We are looking for a creative and tech-driven Motion Designer & Video Editor to join our international brand ecosystem and help shape our motion design, video post-production, and visual storytelling.

In this role, you’ll create compelling trailers, brand motion graphics, product videos for our SaaS portfolio, and dynamic visual content for social media and major marketing events. You bridge high-end post-production expertise with the next generation of creative tools. By establishing AI-first video production workflows using generative footage, AI audio, synthetic voiceovers, and sound design, you’ll scale our video output without sacrificing visual quality.

Tasks

End-to-end creation, editing, and motion design for promotional trailers, SaaS product walkthroughs, social media campaigns, brand motion assets, and event sizzle reels across 10+ sub-brands.

Deliver high-end motion graphics, compositing, color grading, visual effects, and sound design that strengthen brand identity.

Experience integrating generative AI tools for AI-driven camera control, video generation, upscaling, texturing, and more.

Build AI video production pipelines—utilizing generative AI footage, synthetic voiceovers, automated audio synthesis, and AI-assisted storyboarding/editing.

Translate marketing strategies, target audience insights, and conversion goals into thumb-stopping visual hooks optimized for performance across social, web, and paid channels.

Establish motion design guidelines, animation templates, and video design systems for cross-brand asset deployment.

Direct, brief, and steer external video agencies and freelancers to ensure brand alignment, high technical standards, and on-time project delivery.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional experience in Motion Design, Video Editing, or Post-Production within a fast-growing SaaS company, creative agency, or multi-brand ecosystem.
  • Practical expertise integrating generative AI workflows across video and audio—including GenAI video generation, AI voiceover creation, and more.
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels, performance video metrics, and platform-specific aspect ratios/hooks (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Pro-level expertise in color grading, audio mixing, sound design, timing, typography, and pacing for maximum emotional and commercial impact.
  • Proven ability to write clear briefs, provide constructive creative direction, and manage external production partners efficiently.
  • Business-fluent in English and German. Highly organized, self-directed, and adept at managing multiple brand deliverables simultaneously.

Benefits

  • Hybrid working model.
  • Flexible working hours through trust-based working hours.
  • At some locations a subsidized canteen and various free drinks.
  • Modern office space with very good transport connections.
  • Various employee discounts for activities and products.
  • Employee events such as summer and winter parties, as well as workshops.
  • Numerous training and development opportunities.
  • Various health offers, such as sports and health courses.
  • Application Note
  • We value diversity and welcome all applications – regardless of, for example, gender, nationality, ethnic or social origin, religion, disability, age as well as sexual orientation and identity, physical characteristics, marital status or any other irrelevant factor subject to applicable law.
