Description

The company guides individuals, families, corporations and institutions through wealth management, asset servicing, asset management and banking, and has done so since 1889.

The company has more than 135 years of financial experience and over 24,000 partners, and it serves a demanding client base with modern technology and high service standards.

This senior role sits in the Creative team within Digital Marketing. You will turn strategy, scripts, briefs and design direction into polished motion work that is clear, well crafted and consistent with the brand.

You will own complex motion projects from first idea to final delivery across brand, campaign, social, digital, executive and event channels, and help shape how motion is made, governed and scaled across the company.

Responsibilities

  • Design and animate motion graphics, type, titles, transitions, visual effects, data visualizations, icons, end cards and branded motion elements.
  • Turn complex ideas and brand stories into clear, engaging motion concepts with polished animation.
  • Produce cutdowns, versions, alternate aspect ratios and platform-specific adaptations that keep the brand consistent.
  • Turn briefs, scripts, data and creative direction into storyboards, style frames, animatics and finished motion pieces.
  • Test visual approaches that balance strategic clarity, brand expression, accessibility and production efficiency.
  • Work with creative, strategy, marketing and production colleagues to build motion stories from concept to delivery.
  • Build modular motion systems, templates, toolkits, project structures and reusable assets that let teams produce content consistently and efficiently.
  • Prepare editable motion files, production-ready templates and exports that teams can reuse across channels and campaigns.
  • Keep libraries, archives, masters, version history and source files organized to support reuse and governance.
  • Apply enterprise visual identity, motion principles and accessibility requirements with care and consistency.
  • Help define and update motion standards, governance guidance, templates and best practices for scalable content.
  • Make sure final work meets brand, accessibility, legal, licensing, technical and quality requirements.
  • Work with creative leads, producers, designers, writers, marketing partners and stakeholders from brief through delivery.
  • Present editorial and motion decisions with clear reasoning and recommendations.
  • Juggle several assignments, rounds of feedback, deadlines and priorities in a busy environment.
  • Help build scalable production models, self-service tools and repeatable workflows that let teams make on-brand motion content faster.
  • Use Adobe Express, Adobe Firefly, Figma and related creative tools to explore concepts, speed up production and test new ideas carefully.
  • Raise production risks, rights or licensing needs, accessibility concerns, technical limits and efficiency opportunities early.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in film, video production, motion design, animation, graphic design, or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7+ years of motion design, animation and video work in an agency, in-house, studio or production setting.
  • Advanced skill in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro, and working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Media Encoder, Figma, Adobe Express, Adobe Firefly and review tools.
  • Experience with MS Office (Word and PowerPoint) and with Work Front or a similar project management tool.
  • Strong grasp of motion graphics, animation principles, visual effects, motion typography, editing pace, storytelling, sound, color and finishing.
  • Experience delivering work for multiple channels, specifications and formats, including 16:9, 1:1, 4:5 and 9:16.
  • Knowledge of production and post-production workflows, file formats, codecs, media management, template building, captioning, accessibility and delivery standards.
  • Ability to run complex projects on your own, work well with others and deliver high-quality work on tight deadlines.
  • Experience building reusable motion systems, templates, style frames and asset libraries that support consistent, scalable production.
  • A strong portfolio or reel showing motion graphics, animation, visual effects, storyboarding, style frames and video work across campaigns and content types.
  • You are collaborative and handle feedback, timelines and stakeholder needs without letting ego get in the way.
  • You are interested in emerging tools, AI-enabled workflows and self-service models and how they can support creative work responsibly.
  • You tell stories through editing and motion with clarity and impact.
  • You are open to feedback, iteration, experimentation and critique.
  • You are curious and proactive, ask good questions, flag risks early and push work beyond finished.
  • You must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship now or later. The company will not sponsor U.S. work visas for this role, including H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT or any other employment-based visa.
