Description

The senior video producer is the main Global Brand Video contact in London, running the local studio and leading video productions across EMEA on their own.

You will work closely with the US-based Global Brand Video team and report directly to the Senior Video Production Manager, Global Brand Video.

  • Plan and coordinate studio and location logistics, including scheduling, resources and technical needs.
  • Act as the local Global Brand Video contact and spot ways to improve studio capabilities and workflows.
  • Video production and cinematography (25%): Plan and carry out executive interviews, corporate events, investment-related videos and other business content without direct supervision.
  • Operate professional cameras, lighting, audio and production systems on studio and location shoots.
  • Choose suitable production approaches and bring in internal or external resources where needed.
  • Video editing and post-production (25%): Edit and deliver high-quality video using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition and related tools.
  • Handle graphics, sound, revisions, technical specifications and stakeholder sign-off.
  • Keep media, project files and deliverables organised in line with global workflows and brand standards.
  • Project management and stakeholder engagement (15%): Take ownership of assigned productions from scoping and scheduling through final delivery while juggling several priorities.
  • Work with EMEA stakeholders to define goals, suggest solutions and set realistic expectations.
  • Keep the US-based manager and Global Brand Video team updated on progress, risks and resource needs.
  • Special projects and continuous improvement (10%): Support major regional events, global initiatives and special production projects.
  • Assess new production tools and recommend changes that improve quality, efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

  • Substantial professional experience in corporate video production and in studio or location operations.
  • A track record of running end-to-end productions on your own and working with senior business stakeholders.
  • Advanced hands-on knowledge of professional cameras, lighting, audio and production systems, including cinema and PTZ cameras.
  • Advanced skill in Adobe Premiere Pro and working knowledge of After Effects and Audition.
  • Strong project management, communication, problem-solving and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work across time zones, handle competing deadlines and keep production standards high.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally and to work outside standard business hours for production.
  • Must-have demo reel: Submit a demo reel or professional video portfolio showing relevant production work. Applications without one, or without relevant video samples, will not be considered.
  • Nice to have: Experience in financial services or another regulated corporate environment.
  • Nice to have: Experience with executive communications, live events, video switching, remote production and international teams.
  • Nice to have: A record of improving production processes or technical capabilities.
