Description

This 12-month fixed-term contract covers maternity leave for the EMEA marketing automation and Lead Management role.

You will run and improve marketing automation and Lead Management across EMEA, linking marketing strategy, technology, client data and sales activity. The goal is campaigns and automated nurture journeys that are accurate, compliant and efficient, with engagement data turned into insights sales teams can act on.

You will be the main EMEA expert on Adobe Campaign. You will set up, target, schedule, test and send campaigns, and handle the rules that decide who is eligible, including consent, opt-outs, suppressions and bounces. You will combine this hands-on work with analysis, process improvement and coordination with several internal teams.

Lead Management and marketing-to-sales integration are a major part of the work. This covers building sales signals from engagement, website and third-party data, improving data flows between Adobe Campaign, Salesforce, Seismic and reporting tools, defining signal logic, and strengthening sales follow-up and commercial measurement.

You will support the central product owners as they roll out platform changes, help resolve issues, and build team capability through guidance, training and documented best practice. You will also help plan and prioritise marketing projects, including work with external vendors where needed, with a focus on quality, on-time delivery and risk reduction.

The company works with regional Marketing, Sales, Technology, Data and Compliance teams to keep operations steady and extend EMEA Lead Management in a scalable way.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main EMEA operational expert on Adobe Campaign, fixing complex campaign, workflow, audience and data problems with the Technology and global platform teams, and keeping campaign operations reliable.
  • Advise internal clients on operational processes, such as data-driven audience selection and results analysis, across a wide client base. Join campaign planning meetings so you understand objectives, timing and deliverables.
  • Create standard processes and SLAs for sending email of many types and levels of complexity. Present options to internal clients, negotiate the final operational plan, and explain the trade-offs of each option for effectiveness and timing.
  • Report regularly on operational activity for assigned campaigns. Manage production schedules, adjust resources and timing when problems or changes arise, and anticipate issues with contingency plans.
  • Make sure operational plans for assigned campaigns include the required regulatory provisions.
  • Manage and improve marketing automation and Lead Management across EMEA, covering nurture journeys, sales signals, marketing-to-sales data flows and campaign reporting. Work with Marketing, Sales, Technology, Data and Compliance to improve scalability, data quality, governance and commercial follow-up.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent combined education and relevant experience, plus 5+ years of total relevant work experience.
  • Hands-on skill with Adobe Campaign or a comparable enterprise marketing automation platform. Adobe Campaign Classic certification is an advantage.
  • Experience running multi-market email campaigns, event communications and automated nurture journeys.
  • Experience with Lead Management, sales signals or marketing-to-sales integration, including Salesforce or a similar CRM.
  • Strong audience and database marketing skills: segmentation, qualification, exclusions, consent, suppressions and data quality.
  • Ability to analyse campaign performance and turn engagement data into practical recommendations and useful sales information.
  • Familiarity with SQL or other query languages, enterprise MarTech platforms, and reporting or BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong stakeholder management and delivery skills across Marketing, Sales, Technology, Data and Compliance in a high-volume setting.
  • Preferred: native or fluent German, Italian or Spanish, with professional English, is strongly preferred.
  • Preferred: Adobe Campaign Classic Business Practitioner certification or an equivalent marketing automation certification would be an advantage.
  • Preferred: experience with Salesforce, Seismic, Adobe Experience Cloud and reporting or BI tools.
  • Preferred: experience supporting marketing automation or Lead Management across several EMEA markets.
