Description

The company is an advanced skincare clinic in Amsterdam that is redesigning its website. The current site already covers treatments, online booking, reviews, before-and-after results, a blog, and a small shop, and it is a sound base to build on.

The goal is a cohesive premium experience built around the idea "Clinic results, continued at home", linking professional treatments to the routines customers keep up between visits.

The work starts in phases, with the core site and the most important customer journeys first. Later phases may add guided skin discovery, a skin quiz, curated collections, and membership or subscriptions.

Responsibilities

  • Refine the visual identity into a "clinical luxury" style that feels both expert and warm.
  • Redesign the homepage, navigation, and key page layouts so customer journeys are clearer.
  • Improve treatment and skin-concern pages: clearer hierarchy, relevant recommendations, and easier booking.
  • Build a stronger shop that links treatments to aftercare products, routines, curated kits, and product pages.
  • Show credibility through practitioner profiles, verified qualifications, real client results, reviews, and clear treatment information.
  • Improve mobile use, accessibility, content structure, and consistency between the English and Dutch versions.
  • Deliver high-fidelity responsive designs in Figma, a reusable design system, clickable prototypes for key journeys, and developer handoff specifications.
  • Review the brief and the current site, then propose a plan with milestones before full design work begins.

Requirements

  • Strong visual design combined with sound UX judgment and experience building premium, conversion-focused sites.
  • Experience in skincare, beauty, wellness, clinics, premium retail, or e-commerce is especially valuable.
  • To apply, share a few relevant portfolio projects and your role in each.
  • Explain briefly how you would approach this redesign.
  • Propose milestones, an estimated timeline, and recommendations based on your review of the current website.

Conditions

The company will provide a detailed project brief covering the current site, strategy, page requirements, phases, and deliverables.

The company wants a collaborative partner who can turn the business vision into a polished, practical, scalable experience.
