UAM Everfox Tool Engineer

Its work covers IT talent, data delivery and analytics, cyber security, cloud migration, applications and infrastructure, software development, and finance and accounting.

This is an on-site role supporting a government contract for a client in Springfield, VA. An active Top Secret clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• You keep the User Activity Monitor software running by handling updates, changes, deployments and other sustainment work.
• You maintain the tool so it works correctly and is rolled out across the whole enterprise.
• You close every coverage gap and help the ITP analysts with requests for new configurations, feeds and other UAM-specific changes.
• You keep complete documentation of the configuration baseline.
• You support customer-directed training for stakeholders on using the UAM tool, and help set up a certification program for staff development.

Requirements

• An active Top Secret security clearance.
• Either a bachelor's degree with 12+ years of prior relevant experience, or a master's degree with 10+ years of prior relevant experience.
• Prior leadership responsibilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Skilled at writing and maintaining technical documents, analyses and reports.
• Experience preparing and presenting briefings to senior customer management and stakeholders.
• Experience with Everfox or other similar User Activity Monitoring products and platforms.
• Ability to obtain SCI eligibility.
• Preferred: a master's degree from an accredited college or university in IT management, engineering or a related field.
• Preferred: proven experience (10+ years) in IT service delivery management.
• Preferred: experience with User Activity Monitoring products and platforms.
• Preferred: experience with Everfox or other similar High Speed Guard platforms.

Conditions

Full-time, on-site in Springfield, VA.

Pay ranges from $60,000 to $180,000 USD. This is a general guideline, not a guarantee of salary, and the final offer depends on factors such as the role's responsibilities, education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, location, market data, any applicable bargaining agreement, or other law.
