The role is Salesforce Core Cloud Developer with test management experience. You will work on complex Salesforce projects that combine building solutions on the Salesforce Platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Core Platform) with planning, running and coordinating tests across releases.

Responsibilities

• Build robust Salesforce solutions on the Salesforce Platform.
• Support test planning, test execution and quality assurance across releases.
• Create and run test cases.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Solid hands-on experience as a Salesforce Core Cloud Developer.
• Strong practical knowledge of Apex, LWC, Flows and Salesforce configuration.
• Experience in Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud projects.
• Practical exposure to test management, including writing and executing test cases.
• Understanding of software testing concepts such as test levels, defect lifecycle and acceptance criteria.
• Experience in structured, enterprise Salesforce projects.
• An analytical, detail-oriented and quality-focused mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Nice to have: experience with test management tools (e.g. Jira, Xray, Zephyr, Azure DevOps or similar).
• Nice to have: exposure to CI/CD and DevOps practices in Salesforce environments.
• Nice to have: experience with Agile delivery models (e.g. Scrum, SAFe or Kanban).
• Nice to have: Salesforce certifications, e.g. Salesforce Platform Developer I or II, or Salesforce Administrator.
• Nice to have: experience in large-scale or international Salesforce programs.
