  • Help define, document and get agreement on the end-to-end modernization strategy, roadmap and timeline.
  • Take part in a multi-year program that covers platform migration and new capabilities.
  • Work with engineering and architecture teams to deliver on schedule and within budget.
  • Manage third-party processors and vendors so they stay aligned and deliver.
  • Lead consulting work, including RFPs and their execution.

  • Set KPIs for data quality, latency and reliability.
  • Track budgets and spot risks and opportunities.
  • Manage regulatory and operational risk.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of technical product management experience.
  • Preferred: domain expertise in commercial payments and cards.
  • Preferred: experience with core processing platforms.
  • Preferred: a track record of leading large-scale modernization programs.

Conditions

Hybrid schedule: you are expected in the office 3 or more days per week, and you may work from another location on the remaining days.

Benefits

  • Medical, dental and vision coverage.

  • Short-term and long-term disability coverage.
  • Pregnancy disability and parental leave.
  • 401(k) plan and an employer-funded retirement plan.
  • Paid vacation of two to five weeks, depending on salary grade and tenure.
