Description

The company's Advanced Technology Solutions team is hiring a Technical Product Owner (m/f) to help move cloud, AI, security and platform transformation work forward for international clients.

This suits Product Owners who are at ease in technical settings, can define scope with business and engineering people, and can turn complicated requirements into clear next steps.

Two project tracks are open: one on GCP and cloud transformation, the other on agentic AI. You should have worked on technology projects and bring experience in at least one of these areas.

The company uses AI across software, data engineering, cloud, automation and analytics, with tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code and an in-house assistant. It works with Microsoft and OpenAI, and expects you to use AI tools actively to boost productivity, sharpen problem solving and deliver scalable solutions responsibly.

Responsibilities

  • Sit between business stakeholders, delivery teams and technical experts, shaping and steering initiatives from early planning through implementation and rollout.
  • Depending on the project, focus on cloud and platform work or on emerging AI-driven solutions, linking business goals to practical delivery.
  • You do not need to be deeply hands-on technically, but you should understand the environment, work with technical teams, and guide decisions, priorities and stakeholder alignment.
  • Define scope, priorities and product direction together with business stakeholders, delivery teams and technical experts.
  • Turn business needs into structured backlog items, user stories, requirements and delivery plans.
  • Drive technical initiatives from discovery and planning through implementation, testing, rollout and transition.
  • Coordinate business and engineering teams on priorities, dependencies, risks and delivery goals.
  • Support roadmap planning, backlog refinement, solution clarification and stakeholder communication.
  • Keep delivery tied to business outcomes, project timelines and technical realities.
  • Contribute to a structured, collaborative delivery model across workstreams, including architecture support and operational improvement.

Requirements

  • Have worked as a Product Owner, Technical Product Owner or in a closely related delivery role.
  • Work well between business and technical teams.
  • Have shaped scope, priorities and requirements in technical or digital delivery environments.
  • Feel confident facilitating discussions with stakeholders and supporting delivery.
  • Be comfortable on projects involving cloud platforms, AI initiatives or other modern technology.
  • Translate business objectives into clear, structured delivery artefacts.
  • Communicate clearly, coordinate well and manage stakeholders effectively.
  • Have solid English, both written and spoken.
  • Have experience with GCP or broader cloud transformation projects.
  • Have experience with AI, automation or agentic AI initiatives.
  • Have a background in agile delivery teams.
  • Have exposure to platform, product or transformation programs with many stakeholders.
  • Project management experience counts as a supporting strength, not a must.

Conditions

The stated salary is the minimum for this position; final pay is set individually based on experience, expertise, seniority and overall profile.

The employing organisation is PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory, s.r.o.

Start date is by agreement.

Hybrid working policy with flexible working hours.

Benefits

  • Regular salary reviews, performance bonuses and other special bonuses.
  • Meal contributions and a cafeteria benefit system with personalised choices.
  • Two extra days off at Christmas, sick days, and compensation for every minute of extra work.
  • Tailored internal and external training, plus a structured career development plan.
  • Premium benefits such as a Multisport card or a medical centre membership.
  • Well-being and work-life coaching programme.
  • Team building, social events and an employee referral programme with regular feedback in a supportive culture.
  • Chances for international assignments, diverse projects with international clients, and the option to work from abroad.
  • Discounts at partner companies for cars, health care, beauty, culture and more, plus up to 4 telephone numbers at discounted rates.
  • Referral reward of 300 to 1000 EUR for a recommended candidate, depending on that candidate's seniority.
