Description

The company is an international group with sites on every continent, working in digital, research and innovation.

The internship sits in the HUT Talent Development and Learning department, which makes sure the company has the skills it needs. The department works with a network of 8 academies across the business lines. That network identifies critical roles and skills, provides development resources to employees and runs knowledge management actions.

You will be attached to the HUTY team, which covers strategy, performance and transformation within HUT.

The goal is to maintain and raise the visibility of Learning and the HUT department across the company so it can meet its strategic objectives.

The internship is based at the Blagnac site.

Responsibilities

• Build a learning marketing approach: define target audiences, communication objectives and the governance that keeps communication regular and relevant.
• Create high-quality content that others can share, such as publications, presentations at business communication forums and dedicated Learning events.
• Keep every employee and manager informed about Skills and Learning initiatives, including training and development programs and improvements.
• Give ecosystem stakeholders (HUT, KAM, academies and others) channels for their messages and run joint, high-impact communications with them.
• Help local HR teams (HRBPs) know about the development tools available to employees.

Requirements

• You are working toward a BAC+4 or BAC+5 degree in communication or a related field.
• You have digital communication tools skills.
• You can structure a communication plan.
• You have project management skills.
• You are rigorous, dynamic and proactive.
• You are autonomous and agile.
• You are resourceful, since the team cannot always rely on a full set of communication specialists.
• You are structured and organized.
• English at advanced level is required; native-level English is a plus.
• French at intermediate to advanced level.

Conditions

The internship starts in January 2027 and lasts 6 months.

You will have a tutor who supports your skill development and professional goals throughout the internship.
