The company is an applied AI engineering firm. It designs and ships AI co-workers that plug into client operations and produce measurable results.
The firm works on AWS, pairs deep UX capability with senior engineering talent, and aims to get AI into production quickly and keep it running there.
Founded in 2009, it has delivery centers in Canada, the United States, Eastern Europe, and Latin America. Its teams have 15+ years of experience on average.
Clients include firms in consumer products and retail, education, energy, financial services, healthcare, and manufacturing, among others.
This is a Staff Product Manager, Technical role. You will set product strategy and lead delivery on major client engagements.
You will be the senior product lead on a cross-functional team, setting direction, aligning people, and owning results from discovery through delivery. You will work with client leadership, mentor other PMs, and handle the hardest product problems.
The firm ships production-ready AI in 30 to 45 days. That pace depends on someone keeping the client central, caring about detail, and not letting speed override clarity.
The team looks for people who act like owners, are direct and honest, care about craft, learn fast, are resourceful under constraints, and treat client businesses as their own.
