  • Manage MGS spec requirements and their traceability to every product, including the MBSE model.
  • Define and manage interfaces outside the ground segment and contribute to ICDs.
  • Lead and take part in trade studies for ground segment designs.
  • Lead software qualification planning.

Requirements

  • Basic qualifications are listed for a Principal or Senior Principal Systems Engineer.

  • Experience defining and managing interfaces and contributing to ICDs.
  • Familiarity with MBSE concepts and tools.
  • Experience with DOORS and CAMEO, or equivalent tools.
  • Working knowledge of systems engineering principles and processes.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • A track record of learning new concepts and approaches quickly.
  • An active DoD Top-Secret clearance.
  • Preferred: experience with program start-up and new product development.
  • Preferred: experience with ground C2 for space vehicles, or integrating third-party C2 products.
