Description

You will join a small internal team building AI agents for the company, which is becoming an AI-native business. The team is a dedicated, fast-moving group that works to speed up the use of agentic AI and intelligent automation across the global business.

The team experiments quickly, including through "vibe-coding", and works with product owners and subject matter experts to turn messy, complicated workflows into simple automated solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Embed with internal business teams as a forward-deployed engineer, co-designing and running agentic AI workflows that cut manual work and change how people get work done end to end.
  • Lead high-stakes AI agent projects from discovery through to production.
  • Act as a technical partner and advocate for AI, setting the patterns, guardrails and tooling that the rest of the company will use for intelligent automation.
  • Early on, design and refine AI agents and workflow orchestrations using Claude, Gemini and MCP.
  • Connect AI systems to core enterprise platforms, including Salesforce, Workday, Slack and NetSuite.
  • Build reusable automation patterns and shared templates for the business to use.
  • Create evaluation and monitoring frameworks that measure how well AI-native workflows perform and confirm they are safe.

Requirements

  • Experience building and running applications or automations in production, especially with APIs and cloud infrastructure.
  • Hands-on delivery of AI-driven solutions such as agents, copilots or RAG systems built on LLMs like Claude or Gemini.
  • Proficiency in Python or TypeScript, with comfort working with SDKs and webhooks.
  • A systems-thinking approach that puts security, auditability and limited blast radius first when designing agents.
  • A track record of working with non-technical stakeholders to turn business pain points into technical designs.
  • A natural coaching style, with a habit of raising the AI skills of colleagues through pairing, workshops and clear communication.

Conditions

Hybrid working: you can work from home, with regular boost days in the office for collaboration, brainstorming and team time.
