  • Work with engineering teams on architecture reviews and security design assessments for new products and services.
  • Lead the adoption of security best practices through technical guidance and company-wide enablement programs.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, platform engineering or a similar role, including architecture-level work.
  • Hands-on experience putting DevSecOps practices and security controls into place across enterprise environments.
  • Deep knowledge of CI/CD pipeline architecture, automation and secure software delivery.
  • Experience with AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, container orchestration and container security.
  • Solid understanding of IAM, RBAC, secrets management, encryption, certificates and network security.
  • Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards such as NIST, CIS Benchmarks and OWASP.
  • Experience with scripting and automation languages.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analysis, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Optional: certifications in cloud security or a related field.
