Description

You will support DePuy Synthes, the standalone orthopedics company being split from its parent, by recruiting for its business growth across the region.

The role runs recruitment from start to finish, works closely with hiring managers, and aims for a consistent, high-quality experience for every candidate.

You will work with a wide range of roles and stakeholders in a global MedTech organization and can shape workforce capability and results.

Responsibilities

  • Handle full-cycle recruiting, from requisition intake and sourcing through screening, interviews, offer preparation and onboarding coordination.
  • Work with hiring managers to clarify role needs, priorities and timelines.
  • Find and approach candidates through job boards, referrals, internal databases and social platforms.
  • Screen and interview candidates to judge their skills, experience and cultural fit.
  • Keep the candidate experience positive, inclusive and professional at every stage.
  • Keep recruiting records accurate in the applicant tracking systems.
  • Track and report recruiting metrics to drive improvement and openness.
  • Follow company policy, local labor law and data-privacy rules.
  • Where the work must be handled locally: prepare, stamp, seal, mail, distribute and route documents for wet signatures; store, archive and retrieve HR records, fill requests, arrange offsite storage, and scan and name files for Veeva; upload filings, hand-deliver printed documents to agencies, and support internal and onsite audits.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, ideally in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Experience running end-to-end recruitment across several roles.
  • Strong skills in interviewing, assessing candidates and engaging them.
  • Ability to build working relationships with hiring managers and HR partners.
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent English, and Spanish for interacting with the local market.
  • Preferred: a master's degree.
  • Preferred: recruiting experience in a regulated field such as MedTech, Pharma or Healthcare.
  • Preferred: experience supporting regional or multinational hiring.
  • Preferred: exposure to diversity, equity and inclusion recruiting.
  • Preferred: strong organization to juggle several priorities and deadlines.
  • Preferred: knowledge of sourcing strategy, employer branding and talent market mapping.
  • Preferred: HR or recruiting certification, though not required.
  • Preferred skill tags: administrative recruiting, business behavior, candidate interviewing, coaching, detail orientation, HR strategic management, human resources consulting, problem solving, process improvement, project support, recruiting, recruitment marketing, situational awareness, talent management and training administration.

Conditions

The role is hybrid and based in Raynham, MA; West Chester, PA; Warsaw, IN; or Palm Beach Gardens, FL.

Travel is minimal.

The separation is planned to finish within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, works council and employee representative consultation, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions.

If you accept and the separation completes, you would be employed by DePuy Synthes under its own policies and programs, and any planned changes would be shared with you at an appropriate time, subject to consultation.

Equal opportunity applies, and applicants who need an accommodation for the interview process can ask for one.

Benefits

  • After the separation, benefit plans would be those of DePuy Synthes.
