Sr. Solution Architect

Its customers include large global firms, with more than 2,400 companies relying on the platform.

The company is growing quickly and frequently releases new features.

You would join the Business Operations (BizOps) team as a Senior Solution Architect in a highly visible role at a large SaaS cloud company.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company model development and act as the architecture subject matter expert for large-scale connected planning solutions.
• Serve as the architecture subject matter expert for connected planning solutions.
• Gather and review requirements that shape the architecture of the operational solutions that support product development.
• Turn existing spreadsheets, mockups and business problems into detailed multi-dimensional the company models.
• Change existing models to fit into a connected solution, to optimize them, or to add new functionality.
• Set up standard methods for building scalable, repeatable insights, and put standard processes and documentation in place for the company models.
• Lead data integration and migration work.
• Lead model optimization across the ecosystem.
• Find the root cause of data and reporting issues.
• Work closely with senior leaders to guide model architecture and strategy.
• Give the project team clear, concise progress updates and fold in their feedback quickly through repeated cycles.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, such as finance, operations or accounting, or in a technical field, such as engineering, mathematics or data analytics.
• 3+ years of building and using the company models to automate and scale processes.
• Experience leading end-to-end the company model builds.
• Experience synthesizing insights from large data sets for management and executives.
• Ability to solve complex problems by leading expert interviews, handling complex data, leading partners and guiding process development to successful results.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with executive leadership.
• Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy, accountability and integrity.
• A reputation as a reliable, innovative and accountable interdisciplinary team member who does well in a constantly changing environment.

Conditions

Preferred: consulting experience or experience in an the company architecture role.

Preferred: experience collaborating on dynamic projects with go-to-market (GTM) teams.

Preferred: experience leading organizational change or project management.

Preferred: Master Anaplanner Certification.
