Description

The company builds an AI-powered DevSecOps platform used across the software lifecycle. It reports more than 50 million registered users and more than 50% of the Fortune 100 using it. Fortune 100 here means the top 20% of companies ranked in the 2025 Fortune 500 list, published in June 2025.

This role sits in the Southern EMEA Solutions Architect team in the MEA region, within the Sales organisation. You report to a regional Solutions Architect Manager and act as the technical partner to Account Executives.

The team advises customers on architecture, runs proofs of value, and guides digital transformation. It works with Sales, Product, Engineering and Marketing, collaborates asynchronously across regions, and builds reusable technical collateral.

Team members are expected to use AI in their daily work.

Responsibilities

  • Run discovery sessions, demos and validation that show how the platform meets customers' technical and business needs across the full lifecycle.
  • Own the technical side of evaluations, including solution design, proof of concept or proof of value work, workshop design, and technical input to tenders, audits and value stream assessments.
  • Work with Account Executives and regional sales teams across Italy on account plans that win new customers and grow existing ones.
  • Build relationships with practitioners and business leaders, guiding them through change until they become advocates for the company.
  • Advise on modern development, continuous integration, continuous deployment, security and cloud practices, questioning current approaches to raise return on investment.
  • Pass customer feedback, use cases and competitor insight to Product, Engineering, Sales and Marketing to shape the roadmap and positioning.
  • Keep your knowledge of the platform, DevSecOps, AI and cloud current, and produce reusable examples, best practice guidance and collateral.
  • Grow through learning, mentoring and knowledge sharing to raise the team's impact.

Requirements

  • Experience in pre-sales, consulting or similar customer-facing roles, guiding clients through solution design and evaluation.
  • Working knowledge of the full software development lifecycle, including DevSecOps and continuous integration and deployment workflows.
  • Hands-on use of the company or comparable source control, CI/CD and collaboration tools, and the ability to match platform features to customer use cases.
  • Practical cloud knowledge to discuss deployment, security and operations with technical teams.
  • Experience leading proofs of concept or proofs of value, contributing to tenders or audits, and running workshops or value stream assessments.
  • Clear technical communication, able to tailor messages from practitioners to senior business and technical decision makers.
  • Ability to build trust, listen with empathy and advocate for customers with internal teams such as Product, Engineering, Sales and Marketing.
  • Drive to keep learning new technologies and to apply experience from related fields.
  • Fluency in Arabic.
