Sr. Software Engineer, Fullstack - Moveworks

Description

The role is a senior fullstack position on the web team, working on the next generation of the company's agentic assistant platform.

The company is building an enterprise GAI ecosystem, with ML and generative AI used in fullstack web applications that reach every customer.

You will help define a range of features for different user types and design AI-powered agent builder experiences along with UI frameworks made of scalable, reliable components.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-powered agent builder features using current technical approaches that create business value.
• Extend the product to more customers, business areas, and markets while keeping engineering quality high.
• Design and build the company's web technology stacks, including authentication, event tracking, an application platform, and design systems.
• Set best practices and standards for building modular, scalable web apps and the APIs that connect backend services.
• Partner with product, ML, and engineering teams to improve the user experience, solve technology gaps creatively, and grow customer adoption.
• Move at startup speed as part of a small company, taking strong ownership of your work.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience building complex web applications.
• Experience with a major modern web UI framework, such as ReactJS, and with building UI at scale.
• Strong product sense and a drive to build scalable web or conversational UI products.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• A habit of continuous learning and a willingness to work outside your comfort zone.
• Experience working with AI agent products.
• Base pay for this location is $143,200 to $243,400, with equity where applicable, variable or incentive compensation, and benefits. Sales roles generally use an On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive structure. The base pay shown is a guideline, and total compensation varies with qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
• Compensation depends on the geographic location where the role is based and may change with work location.
