Description

You will join product, engineering, and business teams to build and launch AI products for the company's media and entertainment businesses, working alongside the Enterprise Business Solutions product and program groups to find high-impact problems and move quickly from prototype to live agentic solutions.

As a senior product manager on the Enterprise Business Solutions AI team, you will take agent products through every stage, from early discovery to deployment and continued improvement. The work includes workflows that automate program operations, tools that draw insight from complex data, and support that helps teams across the company adopt agents.

The role directly affects how employees work and how effectively they deliver. It combines technical, design, teaching, and product work, and you will be expected to understand the business deeply, spot where AI adds leverage, write code, and ship solutions.

The company is a global media and entertainment business. It makes film, television, and streaming content, runs theme parks and consumer experiences, and owns news, sports, and entertainment brands.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Enterprise Business Solutions program and product teams to choose the most valuable agentic use cases and decide on deployment, tool adoption, and infrastructure design.
  • Work with client-facing teams to learn how customers use the product, and make sure conversational agents serve both end users and stakeholders.
  • Help build end-to-end agentic products, including multi-agent orchestration, tool use, and structured reasoning, from concept and design through implementation, keeping them scalable, adaptable, and aligned with business goals.
  • Co-develop agent solutions with business teams so they can customize, maintain, and run agents after launch.
  • Turn vague business problems into clearly scoped agent product requirements with defined success measures.
  • Use data to keep improving AI products and business results, tracking adoption, output quality, user journeys, time-to-insight, and other KPIs.
  • Own agent quality by setting up evaluation frameworks, monitoring accuracy in production, and running prompt iterations based on eval results.
  • Write documentation and present it to business partners, run product demos and walkthroughs, and deliver AI-driven analytics that support real-time, data-based decisions across the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in data analytics, computer science, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in digital product development or a closely related area.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at every level.
  • Proven experience building and deploying large language models and retrieval-augmented generation systems, including prompt engineering, tool use, and agent orchestration, along with NLP, machine learning, and big data analytics.
  • Analytical skill in spotting user patterns, insights, and performance metrics.
  • Ability to gather and make sense of complex requirements and problems across all levels of the business.
  • Ability to explain complex technical issues to technical and non-technical audiences, and to define requirements and refine solutions over time.
  • Hands-on experience building products on large data sets and enterprise data architectures, including systems integration, data governance, and security compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with AI platforms, cloud services, and analytics tools such as Python, Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
  • Expertise in the software development lifecycle, including scoping, iteration planning, user story writing, and rollout management.
  • Preferred: experience building multi-agent systems or complex LLM orchestration pipelines.
  • Preferred: familiarity with evaluation frameworks for LLM output, covering accuracy, hallucination detection, and quality scoring.
  • Preferred: ability to build end-to-end prototypes, from data pipelines to user-facing interfaces.
  • Preferred: background in ERP systems, media, commerce, enablement, or enterprise operations.
  • Preferred: experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar tool-use frameworks.
  • Preferred: experience working embedded with business teams on solutions, such as solutions engineering, field engineering, or similar roles.
