DEXIS Global Product Manager, Intraoral Scanner (Quakertown, PA or Brea/Irvine, CA)

Responsibilities

• Own the global product roadmap, launches, and execution across the lifecycle of the aligner and intraoral imaging portfolio.
• Guide new product introduction through each toll gate stage: business case, value proposition, voice of customer, product requirements, and go-to-market strategy.
• Set launch goals that drive revenue, profitability, and other growth targets.
• Write business plans, collect customer feedback, and define and rank product and customer requirements.
• Work out which research is needed to understand customer needs and market information.
• Set the pricing strategy for your assigned product portfolio.
• Build product sales strategies with the sales and marketing teams.
• Ride along with sales reps, join customer calls, and review what came out of them to keep up with the intraoral market.
• Build market intelligence for the intraoral portfolio, covering market size, trends, competitors, and customer segments.
• Create and maintain production, sales, and inventory plans that match the company's financial targets.
• Manage the product lifecycle from launch through ramp-down and discontinuation.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on schedule and launch them globally.
• Manage customer market segmentation and growth initiatives.
• Take on other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5+ years of product development experience launching products in medical device, dental equipment, or other FDA-regulated businesses.
• Ability to travel up to 25%, domestically and internationally.
• Live within a commutable distance of one of the sites.
• Be hands-on and detail-oriented, and manage several priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred: an MBA.
• Preferred: experience with imaging and orthodontic products.

Conditions

Commute to either Quakertown, PA or Brea, CA or Irvine, CA. The office moves from Brea to Irvine in about Q1 2028.

This role is not hybrid or remote. You will be onsite 4 days per week, with 1 day from home.

The facility is modern and climate-controlled.

Target base salary range is $120,000 - $150,000. The figure is not adjusted for geographic differences, and hires near the top of the range are uncommon. Final pay depends on location, skills, education, experience, performance, and business needs.

Total compensation may include an annual performance bonus, medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) match, and other compensation plans.
