Description

The senior analyst will work closely with marketing leadership on complex business problems, turning data into strategic, data-driven insights that shape important business decisions. The role involves building strong strategic partnerships with key marketing leaders.

You will work with large, changing datasets to support marketing strategy, improve campaigns and measure program impact. The goal is to raise patient awareness, improve access to care and speed up global procedure growth. The role calls for deep technical skill to combine scattered data sources, find the main business drivers and explain findings clearly to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Own analytics support for marketing campaigns, including dashboard setup, weekly performance reports and actionable insights that guide campaign decisions with the marketing leadership team.
  • Monitor and analyze the competitive landscape and market position, producing insights that feed marketing strategy and wider business decisions.
  • Build a thorough understanding of the key business drivers and use data to deliver insights that speed up procedure growth.
  • Use advanced analytical and visualization tools, mainly SQL and Tableau, to build scalable dashboards and analytical solutions that strengthen business insight.
  • Present data-driven recommendations and strategic positions clearly and confidently, and provide ad hoc analysis at all levels of the organization.
  • Act as a strategic consultant to VP and director-level business partners, raising insights on your own initiative and contributing to cross-functional strategy discussions.
  • Support budgeting, quarterly forecasts and headcount planning for Global Marketing, with the chance to build financial skills and take on process ownership over time.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of relevant analytical experience.
  • Advanced SQL skills for querying, manipulating and consolidating data.
  • Advanced Tableau skills for data visualization and dashboard development.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to reduce complex information to clear, actionable insights.
  • A natural curiosity and the ability to read data in its business context, spotting trends, anomalies and subtle insights.
  • Self-driven and resourceful, able to find solutions, get the resources you need and share knowledge without being asked.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage several projects at once while paying close attention to detail.
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in data science, analytics, business, finance, marketing (with strong analytics coursework) or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Preferred: exposure to financial concepts such as budgeting and forecasting. Willingness to build financial skills on the job is also welcome.
