Description

The company puts patients first and works on transforming care for chronic conditions by spotting risk earlier, coordinating care carefully, and supporting people through each stage of their health.

The work aims to reduce emergency visits, improve outcomes, and help patients live fuller lives.

You would join a team of colleagues who care about impact, support one another, and look for ways to improve everyday work.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Senior Digital Product Manager on the Digital Product team, working with engineers, clinicians, and operators to deliver the team's digital product vision and move strategic KPIs through scalable, standardized, tech-enabled solutions.
  • Own the company's telephony and video visit solutions, including voice, contact center, and video visit platforms.
  • Act as the voice of the customer and subject matter expert on how patients and care teams connect by phone and video, identifying the most pressing problems and working with cross-functional teams to build user-driven solutions that improve clinical workflows, reduce administrative burden, and strengthen the patient experience.
  • Thrive in ambiguity and turn complex problems into clear direction.
  • Report to the VP of Digital Product.
  • Manage the day-to-day work of the telephony and video visit product value stream, covering voice/IVR, contact center, and video visit platforms, including carrying out the product vision and roadmap.
  • Define the product vision, KPIs, and outcomes with product, clinical, and operational leaders and stakeholders.
  • Run ongoing product discovery, act as the voice of the customer, and guide the interdisciplinary team toward its goals.
  • Work closely with engineering, data science, and analytics within the company's Agile SDLC to deliver high-impact product solutions.
  • Manage relationships with telephony and video visit vendors and platform partners, covering requirements, integrations, and roadmap alignment.
  • Track the market and competitive landscape for telehealth and video visit platforms, cloud telephony and CCaaS platforms, digital health, and value-based care models.
  • Help improve Digital Product team practices, including product operations, backlog hygiene, and sprint delivery discipline.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years in a product management role.
  • 4+ years at a healthcare delivery organization or on a technology product in an agile environment.
  • Experience leading digital patient experience initiatives across voice, video, and mobile, web, or omnichannel.
  • Experience with telephony and contact center platforms (such as CCaaS, IVR, and call routing), telehealth and video visit platforms, or both.
  • Nice to have: a proven understanding of digital health ecosystems, clinical workflow technology, and healthcare data interoperability.
  • Nice to have: a proven track record in healthcare technology, ideally in value-based care, population health, or digital health platforms.
  • Nice to have: familiarity with rules that apply to telephony and virtual care, such as HIPAA and state telehealth requirements.

Conditions

The salary range is $108,500 to $136,000 per year, and the role is eligible for a target annual bonus of 15%.

Final pay depends on location, experience, and qualifications.

The role is hybrid-remote: you work from home and attend the office, clinics, or patient homes in person when needed.

The company is an equal opportunity employer.

Benefits

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance, employee assistance programs, employer-paid and voluntary life and disability insurance, and health and flexible spending accounts.
  • A performance-based bonus program, a 401k with employer match, and financial wellness resources.
