Description

This role leads the definition, build and launch of a profitable Neurology product portfolio at a health technology company.

The role works closely with R&D and other marketing teams so each product meets the features and price points that every target segment expects. It calls for deep knowledge of market segmentation, product strategy, competitive strategy and product development.

Responsibilities

  • Work with market intelligence to study local clinical and reimbursement trends and demographic shifts in key markets, then build customer-needs segments for the Neurology clinical portfolio.
  • Own portfolio strategy and priorities. Run advisory boards and focus groups that shape the long-term clinical roadmap feeding the strategic review.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to build offerings for priority customer segments, adapted to each market.
  • Build and own the key opinion leader plan for Neurology, including a clinical-excellence publication plan and a network of users and speakers to support new product introductions.
  • Own business requirements, set the clinical evidence roadmap and deliver the go-to-market plan for new products.
  • Create a post-market expansion strategy for existing clinical products, backed by research on key clinical benefits that drives adoption.
  • Work with Field Marketing on a sales readiness plan for each launch and equip the market sales teams. Lead executive presentations for key strategic accounts as part of priority customer sales campaigns.

Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, product management or an equivalent field.
  • Have at least 7 years in product management or clinical science, including project management experience.
  • Know the MR technologies that dominate your markets today and the emerging ones that will serve them in the future.
  • Have experience in product development, such as claim generation, requirement specifications and regulatory processes.
  • Can create and shape markets using the company's technologies, market position and brand, turning customer and market insight into innovative product solutions and making firm trade-offs.
  • Have a track record of delivering complex projects against demanding targets for features, cost, quality and introduction dates.
  • Communicate effectively with people at all levels and across functions.
  • Show strong analytical skills.
  • Speak English fluently.
  • Relocation is not possible for this role.

Conditions

Office-based teams work in person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence at company facilities. Field roles are mostly based outside company facilities, usually at customer or supplier sites.

The base salary range is €78,187 to €130,312. Pay within the range is set by the skills required, your relevant experience, the role's responsibility, internal equity and local market conditions.
