Sr. Business Analyst (e-Commerce) (Korean Bilingual)

Description

The company runs a fast-growing e-commerce business and is looking for a self-motivated person who can handle several functions at once.

Most of the work is business analysis and liaison with the system development team, with some hands-on work on the user interface and application modules.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze user needs, then write documents that bridge business users and developers.
• Monitor and test new development work.
• Handle some user interface and application module management.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in IT, MIS, or a closely related field.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking in English and Korean.
• More than 9 years of business process analysis experience. Sales or logistics work and e-commerce system experience are a plus.
• Ability to analyze systems and knowledge of system interfaces, including XML.
• Ability to produce system and business process documentation.
• Critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving, prioritizing, and time management skills.
• Good interpersonal skills for working cooperatively with colleagues and other staff.
• Clear, concise communication, both spoken and written.
• Database development experience, including advanced SQL programming.
• Preferred: skill in business process analysis and consulting, with the ability to lead and guide clients.
• Preferred: knowledge of ERP logistics, general logistics, and supply chain processes.
• Preferred: basic SQL and web system management knowledge.
• Preferred: a proven record of juggling several clients across different divisions while staying organized.
• Preferred: a strong ability to meet deadlines, working alone or in a team.
• Preferred: retail or e-commerce experience, or an e-commerce internship, is a plus.

Conditions

The contract lasts 1 year.

Korean bilingual ability is required.
