Sr. Associate Technical Architect, Incentives

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide transformation of how vendor and customer incentives are run, including processes, systems and operating models.
• Design solution architectures that connect business goals to scalable technology plans and enterprise standards.
• Shape the solution design for SAP Vistex V4 and SAP S/4HANA across rebates, pricing, incentives, chargebacks and contract management.
• Build strong business cases, ROI analyses, value tracking frameworks and recommendations for senior executives.
• Work with business stakeholders to redesign processes and adopt best-practice operating models.
• Assess and bring in AI, automation, analytics and cloud tools that improve efficiency, scale and decisions.
• Guide cross-functional teams through large transformation programmes, from strategy to delivery.
• Keep architecture documents, roadmaps, governance standards and implementation guidance current across the solution landscape.

Requirements

• Have 2-3 years in enterprise solutions, business transformation, consulting, solution architecture or technology leadership.
• Have worked with vendor and customer incentives, rebates, pricing, chargebacks or contract management processes.
• Have a track record of delivering solution architecture at enterprise scale.
• Have built business cases, financial models, ROI analyses and executive presentations.
• Have led large business transformation or ERP modernisation initiatives.
• Have hands-on experience implementing SAP Vistex V4 and SAP S/4HANA.
• Hold a bachelor's degree in business, information technology, engineering, computer science or a related field, or have equivalent experience.
• Communicate well, manage stakeholders effectively and solve problems with skill.

Conditions

The base pay range is €45,000 to €75,000, set by performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market reviews and location, and kept within applicable regulations.
