Sr. Associate Project Manager

The company is a large healthcare firm whose insights, products, and services aim to make quality care more accessible and affordable.

The team is hiring a Sr. Associate Project Manager to plan, run, and deliver Digital Workplace Services initiatives that protect the technology ecosystem.

You will work with the company Technology leaders, technical staff, business stakeholders, and external vendors to drive delivery, handle risks, and keep work aligned with organizational priorities.

The ideal person has solid project management fundamentals, strong communication skills, and can juggle several workstreams in a fast-changing setting. Experience with Agile and Waterfall approaches, stakeholder engagement, and project governance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Run Digital Workplace Services projects and workstreams under Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methods.
• Build and keep up schedules, resource plans, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Communicate with stakeholders, report status, and brief executives on project progress.
• Track budgets, timelines, scope, and performance measures to keep delivery on course.
• Spot risks, dependencies, and issues, lead mitigation work, and escalate when needed.
• Work with infrastructure, cloud, and business teams to line up requirements and objectives.
• Use Jira, Confluence, or a comparable tool to monitor progress, record decisions, and manage workflows.
• Manage vendor work and support governance, compliance, change management, and user adoption.

Requirements

• At least 2 years in project management, program management, IT project coordination, project delivery, or a related technology role.
• A bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, information systems, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience running projects with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methods.
• Experience with Planview, Jira, Confluence, or similar tracking and collaboration tools.
• Experience writing stakeholder updates, project reports, and status communications.
• Experience handling project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Experience supporting risk management, issue tracking, and escalation.
• A proven record of coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver technology projects.
• Nice to have: experience with enterprise-wide workplace technology and infrastructure projects.
• Nice to have: experience with vendor management and coordinating third-party delivery.
• Nice to have: knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking for technology projects.
• Nice to have: experience with organizational change and user adoption work.
• Nice to have: a PMP, CAPM, CSM, or similar certification.
• Nice to have: ability to analyze project data, spot trends, and suggest process improvements.
• Nice to have: strong facilitation, presentation, and relationship management skills.

Conditions

Base pay ranges from $66,200 to $88,300.

Pay depends on performance, experience and skills, equity, regular market reviews, and location. Annual bonus or long-term incentives may also be offered in addition to base pay.
