Operation Portfolio Management Office Project Manager

This role leads global, cross-functional programs and projects that support group and company goals. You will align global team members, deliver measurable results and improve processes using structured project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead global, cross-functional programs and projects that support group and company goals
• Set project scope, goals, timelines, resources and performance metrics
• Put governance in place to track progress, risks and changes, and act on problems
• Work with fab sites, the PMO and functional leaders to keep delivery aligned
• Report project status, risks and key decisions to leaders and cross-functional teams
• Find and deliver process changes that improve efficiency and performance
• Coach project managers and help refine project management methods
• Build working relationships across global teams and present project updates

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, operations management or a related field
• 3+ years of experience on cross-functional projects with several partners and organizational impact
• Proven ability to manage timelines, deliverables and performance metrics
• Clear communication and teamwork skills in a global team setting
• Preferred: experience with, or interest in, building agentic AI workflows into current or future processes
• Preferred: experience implementing AI or digital solutions in operations or manufacturing
• Preferred: experience leading transformation or strategy initiatives with measurable business results
• Preferred: coding ability and an understanding of the app development cycle, which would be an advantage
