Scrum Master

Description

The role is a Scrum Master for the Embedded Software Engineering organization, supporting 2-3 engineering teams that build embedded software products.

You will help Agile teams deliver customer value by improving collaboration and how they work, working alongside Product Owners, stakeholders and other Agile practitioners.

You will report to the Software Manager and work in a hybrid setup in Katowice, Poland.

Responsibilities

• Team level: facilitate scrum events, support team development and drive continuous improvement, prepare and run team workshops and training, coach the Product Owner and work with the team leader.
• Solution level: support solution-level events, work with other Agile roles, sponsors and leaders to clear impediments, and back continuous improvement initiatives.
• Organization level: help develop the Embedded Software Engineering organization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master, with servant leadership and Agile development.
• Practical experience with Scrum, SAFe, Kanban and Lean.
• Professional Scrum Master I certification or higher.
• English at B2 level or above.
• Polish at B2 level or above.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Preferred: SAFe (Advanced) Scrum Master certification.
• Preferred: hands-on use of AI.
• Preferred: familiarity with industrial automation topics.

Conditions

Hybrid work: you work from the Katowice office three days a week on designated days, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.

The hybrid policy expects you to be at a company location at least on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, unless a business commitment takes you elsewhere.
