Solutions Architect

Description

The role suits someone who wants to learn from experienced leaders in the field. As a solutions architect, you work directly with clients and partners to turn the company's products into solutions fitted to each customer's needs. You coordinate across teams, help drive new ideas, and shape both the product and how satisfied customers are. Your knowledge guides internal colleagues and influences how the product develops.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic delivery of contracted services for customers and partners.
• Run in-depth discovery sessions to learn what the business needs.
• Design solutions that fit into the company Platform and deliver measurable results.
• Build direct, positive working relationships with clients and partners, rolling out standard solutions adapted to their specific requirements.
• Keep building your skills through regular training, so you stay current on financial, risk, and operational reporting on the company Platform.
• Lead by example, follow good practice, and mentor peers and Associates, helping new colleagues get up to speed and supporting ongoing improvement.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or an equivalent mix of education and experience in a related field. An advanced degree may be accepted in place of work experience.
• 4 years of experience in service delivery, finance, accounting, audit, or a related field.
• Preferred: experience with enterprise risk, financial planning, or analytics and reporting solutions and their related technology platforms.
• Preferred: hands-on experience with the company platform, other SaaS and cloud technologies, or data architectures.
• Preferred: consultant-level experience at a services company or in public accounting.
• Preferred: self-motivated, with a strong drive to act, deliver results, and improve continuously.
• Preferred: ability to influence and drive change in business processes.
• Preferred: works well independently with real curiosity, and can positively affect how multiple services are managed.
• Preferred: strong technology skills in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
• Nice to have: familiarity with any of SQL, JSON, REST, or Python.
• Preferred: proven ability to build and maintain relationships with a customer-first approach.
• Travel and working conditions: willingness to travel up to 25% for team and corporate meetings, to build relationships and represent the company.
• Reliable internet access for remote work at any time, as flexible work arrangements are part of how the team operates.
