Solutions Architect

Description

The company wants pre-sales professionals with a proven record of helping large enterprises become more data-driven.

This role sits alongside the Enterprise Account Executive and sets the technical direction for the company's largest and most important accounts, aiming for broader use of its products and deeper adoption of ML and AI.

You will rely on your background in value selling, technical account management and technical leadership to drive success in these accounts.

A hands-on team builds proofs of concept and runs product demos, so you need to be technical enough to grasp how ML and AI apply to the use cases that matter to target accounts across different verticals.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main technical voice for the company with several clients at once.
• Guide customers through a major change as they evaluate and adopt the company's platform as part of their strategy.
• Carry out the technical strategy inside each account while staying closely aligned with its overall direction.
• Build a network of technical champions within each account.
• Line up customers' technical plans with the company's solutions.
• Mentor other team members in a structured way.
• Earn peers' respect through your experience, insight and contributions.

Requirements

• Experience forming and leading virtual teams to deliver results within an account.
• Experience working with very large global accounts above $1m ARR.
• Ability to build relationships with executives and influential people.
• Ability to present a persuasive point of view to key decision-makers and steer them toward a successful path.
• Technical depth in big data, data science and cloud.
• Experience leading data-driven business transformation and driving change through data.
• Production programming experience in Python, R, Scala or Java.
• Nice to have: the company Certification.

Conditions

The pay range for Canada is $175,800 to $241,800 CAD, reflecting the expected base salary for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles.

Final pay depends on factors such as job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and work location, and the company expects to use most of the range.

The total package may include eligibility for an annual performance bonus and equity, along with the benefits listed.
