Description

The company builds an AI platform for biotech research, aiming to shorten drug and crop development that now depends on slow, manual, disconnected work.

Its platform lets scientists plan experiments, record structured data, and run AI agents and models within their daily work. More than 200,000 scientists use it, including teams at Sanofi, Moderna, and over half of the world's top 50 biopharma companies.

Interviews include a short AI-focused exercise or discussion to see how you apply AI to your work, and you are welcome to mention any tools or workflows you already use.

This role makes sure the company's largest customers receive a solution that fits their needs and delivers value tied to their business goals. You will work with customers and executives to show the tangible, strategic, and financial benefits of the platform, and your work will shape whether they choose it.

Strong executive presence is essential, and you need a record of successful work with senior leaders. Use cases are often new, varied, and complex, so you will need to get creative with solutions, business cases, and engagement methods.

You will also map each customer's value journey with sales, solutions consulting, professional services, and customer success teams, equip those teams with value frameworks, and build tools and reusable assets. You will track industry trends, competitors, and emerging technology.

Responsibilities

  • Grow enterprise and strategic accounts by leading solution and value assessments during the sales process.
  • Organize sales, solutions consulting, product, and professional services staff so assessments are delivered quickly and well.
  • Run detailed discovery to understand each customer's business needs, and adjust the assessment approach to match how that customer makes decisions.
  • Prepare and present executive deliverables that cover current-state analysis, future-state recommendations, and links between customer challenges, platform capabilities, and the value identified, following leading practices.
  • Keep clear, timely records of engagement progress, meetings, deliverables, stakeholders, and key decisions.
  • Design methods to measure strategic, operational, and financial metrics, and use them to show the value delivered.
  • Build reusable assets that spread the value framework across the customer journey, working with solutions consulting, professional services, and customer success.
  • Offer informed views on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technology, and use them to position the platform and find points of differentiation.
  • Pass customer feedback to product and marketing teams to help refine offerings and messaging.

Requirements

  • Preferred: 4-7 years of experience in a scientific field, especially biologics, industrial biotech, or early or late development.
  • Ideal: a Master's or PhD in a scientific field, or work experience that gives comparable exposure to science.
  • Strong ability to explain the value proposition and insights, drawing on your industry background and deep knowledge of the platform's products and use cases.
  • Experience writing deliverables that assess the current state, propose a future-state solution, make the case for change, and set out a roadmap to deliver it.
  • Effective at leading cross-functional groups. Many subject matter experts contribute to assessments, roadmaps, architectures, and proposals, so you must lead in a way that sets them up to succeed.
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to quickly build credibility and trust with senior business leaders and internal colleagues.
  • Able to adapt communication and working style to the context and to multicultural teams and engagements.
  • Willing to travel to customer sites 25-30% of the time.
