Description

The company sells an AI CRM in which people and AI agents work together on customer success.

The role sits in the Finance systems area and manages MuleSoft integrations that support critical business processes.

You will be the main process expert for your service area and work with developers, business stakeholders and other technology teams across end-to-end business processes.

Daily work covers enterprise application support, fixing technical and functional issues, trend analysis to cut support requests, and building new or improved functions with development teams.

Candidates may apply for up to 3 roles within 12 months to avoid duplicated effort.

Responsibilities

  • Run the day-to-day administration, configuration and monitoring of MuleSoft integrations.
  • Deploy, configure, manage and maintain Mule applications on CloudHub 2.0, Runtime Fabric or other platforms as needed.
  • Manage application properties, environment variables, secrets, certificates and runtime settings.
  • Carry out application restarts, upgrades, scaling and configuration changes.
  • Enforce segregation of duties and governance across environments.
  • Redesign processes so AI agents work alongside human support engineers.
  • Find manual business processes that can be automated to improve efficiency, and fix failures or slowdowns in existing automations.
  • Watch integrations for failures, performance problems and availability issues before they escalate.
  • Review application logs, alerts, metrics and transaction failures.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues with MuleSoft developers, application teams and infrastructure teams, then run root-cause analysis and put preventive measures in place.
  • Manage sandboxes, testing, UAT, deployments and production releases.
  • Coordinate major changes with developers, QA, integration teams and business stakeholders.
  • Keep documentation up to date for configurations and business processes.

Requirements

  • Have 8+ years of implementation or administration experience with Anypoint Platform technologies.
  • Have expert knowledge of Anypoint Platform, Runtime Manager, CloudHub and CloudHub 2.0, API Manager, Exchange, the Mule runtime, monitoring and log analysis, CI/CD, API security, certificates and TLS, and OAuth.
  • Have a good understanding of SOA and integration patterns.
  • Connect MuleSoft to enterprise systems such as the company, Workday, SAP Concur, Coupa, databases, REST and SOAP services, SFTP and messaging platforms.
  • Handle integration incidents, problems and change requests.
  • Be willing to test new ideas, tools and practices.
  • Communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
  • Be agile and able to handle several priorities at once.

Benefits

  • Benefits and resources are offered to support work-life balance.
