The Product Delivery - GRO team is hiring a Software Engineer with a forward-looking approach.

You will modernise core operational platforms by building resilient, cloud-ready software that streamlines warehouse management across the network. You will work in an agile, collaborative engineering setting, cutting manual work for operations teams and keeping internal systems highly reliable. Your problem-solving will turn ideas into scalable deployment automation that supports day-to-day services.

  • Build and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines, using tools such as Terraform, Helm, Puppet, or Chef, to deploy custom services efficiently.
  • Work with infrastructure teams to set up high-availability cloud configurations and maintain SQL and cloud database systems.
  • Assess system performance ahead of problems, reduce security risks across cloud environments, and set up dependable disaster recovery and support procedures.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in agile software engineering, configuration management, and automated deployment.
  • Strong working knowledge of containers and orchestration, including Docker, Kubernetes, virtual machines, and GCP or AWS.
  • Demonstrated skill with GitLab source control, Artifactory, and CI/CD automation pipelines.
  • Proven background writing infrastructure-as-code with tools such as Terraform, Helm, Puppet, or Chef.
  • Strong collaborative problem-solving skills, with experience working effectively in distributed engineering teams.
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience, with at least 2 years of relevant experience in place of a degree.
