Description

The company makes privacy management software that helps enterprises keep their data clean, controlled, and ready for AI. More than 3,500 brands use it, including global retailers, media networks, fintechs, and AI-native companies, to collect, govern, and activate compliant data across their systems.

Privacy rules keep expanding worldwide and AI is changing how businesses use data, so demand for this product keeps rising. The platform helps customers run privacy and consent operations, grow revenue from advertising, data, and AI, and earn trust from customers and partners.

Older tools mostly stop at cookie banners. This platform controls how data is used across a company's full stack, and no-code setup can have customers live in weeks.

The company is a 70-person Series B startup backed by top-tier investors and led by a team with multiple exits. The team moves quickly, ships with ownership, and works directly with customers on hard data problems.

The backend and AI systems analyze billions of events and make millions of decisions each day, so the product must stay fast and accurate at large scale.

Responsibilities

  • Build interfaces that let customers map their full data ecosystem and see how information moves between systems.
  • Create React views that show real-time classifications, consent states, policy outcomes, and risk signals.
  • Build inspection tools that show where sensitive data appears, why it was flagged, and what to do next.
  • Turn AI insights, model explanations, and decision traces into interfaces that are clear and easy to trust.
  • Design privacy-by-design experiences that millions of people see every day.
  • Work with designers to build reusable components and data patterns that hold up under streaming events, large datasets, and complex async flows.
  • Work with backend and AI teams to define the data contracts behind classification, system discovery, and automated governance.
  • Extend the design system so advanced privacy and governance concepts are easy to understand.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years building production web applications, with strong TypeScript and React skills.
  • A solid understanding of how browsers render pages, and a track record of finding and fixing real performance problems.
  • Experience shipping React interfaces that are fast, clean, and reliable in production.
  • Experience with react-query is a plus.
  • Ability to design simple, predictable state patterns and handle async data and changing UI flows.
  • Ability to work well with backend and AI engineers to shape APIs and turn raw data into strong product experiences.
  • A product-first approach, clear communication, and a habit of shipping, learning, and iterating quickly.
  • Care for performance, edge cases, and the small details that make a UI feel polished.
  • Interest in privacy, data, and AI, and a drive to make complex technology simple for real users.
  • Familiarity with testing, design systems, and the habits that help a startup move quickly.
  • English proficiency is required for all roles.
