Description

The company makes privacy management software that helps enterprises keep their data clean, permissioned and ready for AI. It is used by more than 3,500 brands, from global retailers and media networks to fintechs and AI-native companies, to collect, control and activate compliant data across their systems.

Privacy rules are spreading worldwide and AI is changing how firms use data, so demand for the product keeps growing. The work sits where law, technology and consumer trust meet.

The platform manages privacy and consent work, helps customers earn more from advertising, data and AI projects, and supports trust with customers and partners. Unlike tools that only handle cookie banners, it controls how data is used across a company's whole stack. Customers can go live in weeks through no-code setup.

This is a customer-facing technical role in London, working hybrid. You will work directly with customers to fix technical problems across the platform, their websites and apps, and their API integrations. The company is a 70-person Series B business backed by top-tier investors, and the team is small and close-knit.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full customer experience from start to finish.
  • Lead the resolution of critical technical issues, making sure problems are solved fully and promptly, including the business impact.
  • Research, document and prioritise customer issues, using internal tools and escalating to other teams when needed, while managing your own time across many cases.
  • Advise customers on best practice for deploying, scaling and running their applications on the platform.
  • Work with engineering and product teams to escalate customer needs and push for them, helping to improve the company's services.
  • Build and keep your technical knowledge in the product areas assigned to you, and use it to help customers.
  • Write knowledge base content that makes the support team more efficient and helps the wider support community.

Requirements

  • Priority: Strong JavaScript skills.
  • Priority: Advanced experience building dynamic and static websites with modern technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and front-end frameworks like React, Angular or Vue.js.
  • Priority: Deep experience with RESTful and SOAP APIs, including finding and fixing problems in existing API integrations to improve data flow, security and efficiency.
  • Able to adapt existing solutions, such as websites, mobile apps and integrations, to specific business needs without a major rebuild.
  • Experience modifying scripts to automate processes, improve system efficiency and meet specific needs.
  • Skilled at using Postman to test and debug APIs, confirm correct behaviour, spot anomalies and make the needed changes.
  • Experience troubleshooting cross-platform mobile apps using Android Studio and Xcode.
  • Able to apply AI technologies, including large language models (LLMs), AI agents and automation platforms, to support workflows and operational improvements.
  • Extensive experience integrating third-party services and tools into applications to add functionality. Familiar with OAuth, API keys and authentication protocols.
  • Nice to have: understanding of scalable distributed systems and experience with container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).
  • Experience with database technologies such as Oracle, MySQL, Postgres and MongoDB, and storage services such as Amazon S3 and Google Cloud Storage, is a plus.
  • Able to build working relationships with stakeholders in R&D, sales and engineering.
  • Strong spoken and written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Full English proficiency is required.
