Description

The company makes privacy management software that helps enterprises keep their data clean, permissioned, and ready for AI. More than 3,500 brands use it to run data permissioning at scale, including global retailers, media networks, fintechs, and AI-native companies.

Privacy laws keep spreading and AI keeps changing how companies use data, so demand for this work is growing. The platform handles privacy and consent operations and goes well beyond cookie banners by governing how data is used across a company's whole stack. Customers can go live in weeks with no-code setup.

The company is a Series B team of 70 people, backed by top-tier investors and led by people with multiple exits. Its systems analyze billions of events and make millions of decisions each day. The role sits where distributed systems, AI output, and human decisions meet, and the goal is to make complex data environments clear to the people who manage them.

Responsibilities

  • Build the interfaces where customers map their full data ecosystem and trace how information flows between systems.
  • Build React views that show live classifications, consent states, policy results, and risk signals.
  • Design privacy-by-design experiences that millions of end users see every day.
  • Turn AI output, model explanations, and decision traces into interfaces that are clear and easy to trust.
  • Build inspection tools that show where sensitive data appears, why it was flagged, and what to do next.
  • Work with designers to create reusable components and data patterns that hold up under streaming events, large datasets, and complicated async flows.
  • Work with backend and AI teams to define the data contracts behind classification, system discovery, and automated governance.
  • Extend the design system with patterns that make advanced privacy and governance ideas simple to use.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years building production web applications, with deep TypeScript and React experience.
  • Clear understanding of how browsers render, and a record of finding and fixing real performance problems.
  • Experience shipping React interfaces that are fast, clean, and reliable in production.
  • Experience with react-query is a plus.
  • Ability to design simple, predictable state patterns and handle async data and changing UI flows with confidence.
  • Comfort working with backend and AI engineers to shape APIs and turn raw data into strong product experiences.
  • A product-minded approach, clear communication, and a habit of shipping, learning, and iterating quickly.
  • Willingness to dig into performance issues, edge cases, and the small details that make a UI feel polished.
  • Interest in privacy, data, and AI, and a drive to make complex technology easy for real users.
  • Familiarity with testing, design systems, and the practical habits that let a startup move fast.
  • English proficiency is required for all roles unless the job posting says otherwise.
