The company's cloud products and integrated AI software are used across multiple Access products to change how business technology is used.

The company has over 9,300 staff. You would join the Unleashed Software team, which builds cross platform and cross device web applications.

Responsibilities

• Interpret requirements, then design, build, validate and release work within an adaptive agile setup that combines scrum, Kanban, TDD and XP, choosing the method that gets the result.
• Work on cross platform web applications, including recent projects built with.NET Core, React and Angular, along with Microservices and Serverless Applications.
• Work in a cross-functional team with Developers, Testers and Product Owners, reporting to an Engineering Team Lead who works alongside you on team deliverables.
• Stay focused on quality throughout your work.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on C#.NET software development experience.
• Experience in the design and technical side of product development projects.
• Experience with document databases such as CouchDB or ElasticSearch, or equivalent.
• Experience in data warehousing, business intelligence and ETL development.
• Knowledge of SaaS technologies using.NET Core, React and Angular.
• Understanding of building large systems, including their performance and security requirements.
• Exposure to recent cloud technologies and modern front end or mobile development frameworks.
• Exposure to continuous integration, source code management and test automation tools.
• Experience working in an agile environment and understanding of frameworks such as XP, TDD, Kanban or scrum.
• Strong C#.NET skills and a proven ability to write smart, simple, high performance code.
• SQL and jQuery skills. Database design and development experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of SaaS technologies using.NET across C#, JavaScript/jQuery and MVC.
• Self-awareness and emotional intelligence: you know your technical and professional strengths and weaknesses, so you can judge when to work alone and when to ask others for help.
• Strong communication skills and a proven record of working well in a multi-functional team.
• A delivery focus: you can balance complex development and technical requirements with customer needs and commercial priorities.
