Software Developer (with QAT experience)

Responsibilities

• Build front-end and back-end systems and the integrations between them.
• Plan workflows and improve processes, with quality assurance built in.
• Turn customer requirements into new feature designs.
• Analyse and design the overall solution.
• Talk through problems with your team every day.
• Take part in the whole delivery cycle.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in the IT industry.
• A degree in software engineering, computer science, information technology or a closely related field.
• Curiosity about new technologies.
• Experience across the full software development lifecycle.
• Ability to write code within projects using Python or.NET.
• Experience with databases such as MongoDB, SQL or a document database.
• Experience with native testing or automated test frameworks.
• Experience with AWS or Azure, plus Terraform.
• Previous experience developing and delivering major IT solutions.
• Understanding of agile tools and methods.
• Strong communication skills and a professional manner.
• Strong drive to advance your career.
• You must be willing to travel to client sites anywhere in the UK when needed.
• You must have the right to work in the UK.
