Software Configuration Analyst

Description

The role reviews the configuration options of a solution pack product and decides how to change the software to fit user needs, including monitoring and troubleshooting the product when needed. The analyst works closely with a team of Implementation Consultants.

Responsibilities

• Work with Implementation Consultants to configure Noggin software to match project deliverables and user requirements, particularly user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Monitor and troubleshoot routine tasks, events and changes.
• Write internal knowledge base articles and customer service materials.
• Reproduce, test, resolve and document software bugs, defects and problems.
• Review current systems to find updates or adjustments they need.
• Test configuration changes to confirm they work.
• Train users on the new operating systems and support them.
• Keep up with current technologies and technical developments.
• Log and track your time accurately against a billable target of 80%.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 0-3 years of experience in a software configuration role. Recent graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience with the Atlassian Suite.
