Description

The role owns social and creator-led productions from brief to final delivery, turning creative ideas into production plans and assembling the creators, talent, production partners and suppliers needed to deliver them.

The work spans quick, fast-moving social content and bigger campaign activations, so production set-ups must be flexible enough to move at speed without losing quality or creative intent. The role links creative development with execution, so content fits the platform, audience and brand.

The team works with creatives and colleagues across social and creator marketing, and with creators, talent, agencies, production partners and suppliers.

This is a collaborative role that requires building strong relationships while moving productions forward independently.

The company is a global group of fashion brands and ventures. This is a permanent position based in Stockholm, Sweden.

Responsibilities

  • Lead social-first and creator-led content end to end, from brief and planning through to final asset delivery.
  • Turn creative concepts into clear, actionable production plans that protect the original vision.
  • Find, negotiate with, contract and manage creators, talent, production partners and other external suppliers.
  • Plan and book productions, and manage budgets, timelines, contracts, resources and deliverables.
  • Run both smaller, agile creator-led productions and larger social campaign activations.
  • Work closely with creative teams to anticipate production needs and support sound creative decisions.
  • Make sure content and assets meet the requirements of each social platform and format.
  • Build flexible, scalable production approaches that cover both planned and reactive content.
  • Look for new partners, production models and ways of working that improve efficiency, speed and relevance.
  • Spot and resolve production problems early, keeping the process smooth for everyone involved.

Requirements

  • Experienced producer who can bring creative ideas to life, with production expertise and an understanding of social content, creators and digital channels.
  • Strong production judgement, a clear sense of what a creative idea needs to succeed, and the ability to find the right people and solutions. You do not need every answer from day one.
  • Substantial content production experience, including social-first, digital or creator-led work.
  • Proven record of running productions alone from brief to final delivery.
  • Experience working directly with creators, talent, production partners and suppliers.
  • Experience with sourcing, negotiation, contracting, budgets, timelines and production planning.
  • Understanding of social platforms and how production needs differ between channels such as TikTok and Instagram.
  • Ability to turn creative concepts into practical production plans without losing their intent.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to weigh creative ambition against commercial needs, quality, speed and efficiency.
  • You take ownership from start to finish, stay organised and solution-focused, and handle several moving parts at once.
  • You are curious about social media, creator culture and new ways of making content, and you are willing to question established methods.
  • You work well with others across creative and commercial teams and can adapt when the brief is still taking shape.
  • You have strong creative judgement and a good eye for culturally and socially relevant content.
  • Submit your CV and portfolio in English. Do not attach a cover letter. Applications must go through the career page.
