Service & Processes Project Manager (f-m-d)

Responsibilities

• Lead and support after-sales projects across the product range, including new service launches, new product lines and process improvements.
• Help develop and refine service processes, documents and systems on an ongoing basis.
• Work with service partners, sales representatives and end customers to keep improving the after-sales offer.
• Support the local Service Manager during new service launches, planning and carrying out all related activities.
• Check that every prerequisite and key step for each program's rollout is complete before go-live.
• Track program timelines so milestones and deadlines are met.
• Take an active part in all testing to validate processes thoroughly.
• Lead the handover and rollout of processes in the sales units, keeping communication and coordination clear.

Requirements

• Extensive project management experience.
• Solid professional experience in after sales, service coordination, technical customer support or a similar field.
• Willingness to travel as business needs require.
• Experience with data analytics platforms; Qlik Sense is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM and ERP systems.
