  • Make sure all service work follows internal Health and Safety procedures, contract terms, and regulations.
  • Supply technical input for service quotes, upgrades, and retrofit opportunities.

  • 5 to 10 years of hands-on field service experience in industrial, electrical, automation, or power systems settings.
  • Proven experience with complex installations, commissioning, troubleshooting, and lifecycle service.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, working alone on site and holding technical responsibility.
  • Experience with service projects, outages, retrofits, upgrades, or system extensions is highly desirable.
  • Solid knowledge of one or more areas, depending on the business area: automation and control systems (PLC, DCS, SCADA), protection and control systems (HV and MV), communication networks (L2 and L3), or telecom networks (MPLS, MPLS-TP, SDH, PDH).
  • Deep knowledge of substation automation systems such as MicroSCADA or similar is a plus, and knowledge of teleprotection systems would be beneficial.
