SEO and Web Growth Manager

The platform serves more than 7 million customers. The company is headquartered in Austria, operates across Europe, and has a global team working across cultures and time zones.

You inherit a fix roadmap written with an external SEO expert and the mandate to deliver it. You will own the website end to end across technical SEO, content authority and conversion, and decide what specialist team the function needs. You report to the CGO and work with Engineering, Analytics and Creative.

The role gives you room to learn and grow as the company works toward becoming Europe's future 1 investment platform.

Responsibilities

• Define the organic search and web growth strategy, roadmap and targets, building on the existing fix roadmap.
• Take ownership of technical SEO, site structure, international search and content authority standards in every market.
• Own website conversion, including landing pages, web-to-app journeys and a regular CRO testing rhythm on high-intent paths.
• Turn crawl, indexing and performance problems into engineering priorities and secure the capacity to ship them.
• Lead the SEO team and decide which specialist roles to hire, backing each decision with evidence.

Requirements

• You have run organic search and web growth for a large, multilingual consumer business where organic search is a main channel.
• You treat technical SEO, content authority and conversion as one discipline.
• You can turn crawl, indexing, site architecture and performance issues into clear engineering priorities, and you have won capacity for them in a crowded roadmap.
• You have run a disciplined experimentation rhythm on landing pages and high-intent journeys.
• You have led a small specialist team. German is not required. Experience in DACH markets is a plus.

Conditions

Hybrid working model, combining onsite collaboration with remote work.

Exceptions to the hybrid policy apply to teams on shift schedules and to roles that must be in the office, such as the Workplaces and IT teams.
