Sign Up to ReadThe company builds robots and farm management software for dairy farmers, and that software shapes how well its products perform, how reliable they are and how safe they are.
Founded in 1948, the company has supplied automated systems to dairy farmers for more than 30 years and operates in more than fifty countries.
As Senior Test Automation Engineer, you help set the quality engineering and test automation direction for the farm management platform, guide technical choices and raise the maturity of testing across teams.
Your work goes beyond writing and maintaining tests. You set up the conditions that let teams ship quality software with confidence.
You own strategic quality work, spot where things can improve, and help teams make decisions based on objective quality data.
You lead automation across component, API and end-to-end levels, grow component testing, and build the test infrastructure, including CI/CD pipelines, execution environments and runners, so feedback stays fast and reliable throughout delivery.
As a senior member of the Test Automation Chapter, you define standards, share practice, coach engineers and shape the long-term direction of test automation in Digital Farming. Many changes reach past one team, so you align with stakeholders and engineers in the Netherlands, Turkey and Portugal.
You also work hands-on in a Scrum team on tests and quality practices for the platform.
The company culture rewards learning, experimentation and ownership of ideas, in an international setting that values collaboration, initiative and diverse perspectives.
The work is mainly done at the campus in Maassluis.

Flexible hours, with the option to spend extra time onsite between 06:00 and 20:00.
Occasional travel to Turkey is expected to support collaboration and the rollout of improvements across teams.
Salary range of €6.000 to €8.000 gross per month, with clear room to grow within the scale.
