Description

The company makes clinical content and workflow products for healthcare, and this role sits on the platform side of that work.

You will shape product features and capabilities so the clinical content and workflows stay trustworthy and address current healthcare needs.

The role mixes customer-focused product management, hands-on experimentation, platform thinking, and leading work across teams.

You will turn customer and market needs into a clear strategy, set the roadmap order, test solutions with customers, and deliver measurable customer and business value.

This is a hands-on position. You will look for high-value opportunities, including agentic experiences customers can depend on, test ideas fast, and turn what you learn into a practical roadmap.

You will work with Product, Technology, Clinical Content, Commercial, Business Development, Legal, and Customer Success to define offerings delivered through company products, the platform, and selected partner experiences.

You need solid product judgment, the ability to work when things are unclear, and skill with AI tools, agents, and methods that speed up research, analysis, prototyping, validation, and decisions.

You will also help set up the evaluation, quality, governance, and commercial practices needed to run trustworthy experiences at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Learn what customers need by talking with nursing leaders, health systems, clinical informatics teams, innovation groups, and other stakeholders, and identify workflows, pain points, desired outcomes, and success measures.
  • Set the product strategy, vision, success metrics, and roadmap priorities so they match customer needs, the portfolio strategy, and business goals.
  • Keep improving product performance on revenue, growth, retention, engagement, and customer value.
  • Use emerging technologies and AI-enabled methods to speed up discovery, research, analysis, prototyping, documentation, and decisions, while keeping human judgment and accountability in place.
  • Build small prototypes, demos, and experiments to test concepts and assumptions and collect customer feedback before committing significant money.
  • Set priorities and delivery order by weighing trade-offs, recording decisions, and tracking dependencies, risks, and measurable outcomes.
  • Work with Technology to set product requirements, evaluation measures, acceptance criteria, and quality standards covering accuracy, completeness, relevance, safety, trustworthiness, and reliability.
  • Work with Clinical Content and clinical stakeholders to define when content is ready and confirm product experiences reflect authoritative, evidence-based information.
  • Help shape platform, API, integration, and partner requirements so capabilities can serve several products and ecosystem experiences over time.
  • Build commercial packaging, pricing recommendations, value stories, and go-to-market inputs with Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Customer Success.
  • Help evaluate strategic partnerships by defining customer and product requirements, judging fit, shaping the roadmap, and helping build joint offerings.
  • Put responsible product practices in place, including human oversight, transparency, auditability, clinical review, customer trust, and alignment with the parent company's governance processes.
  • Explain progress, decisions, risks, and recommendations clearly to leadership and to stakeholders across Product, Technology, Content, Commercial, and Business Development.
  • Keep improving the product using evaluation results, telemetry, and customer feedback.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Three or more years in product management, product development, healthcare technology, or a closely related field.
  • Understanding of AI-enabled development and AI technologies, and the ability to use AI to speed up product definition, evaluation, and decisions and to work with an AI-enabled team on AI-enabled or agentic solutions for customers.
  • Experience turning customer problems and market needs into strategy, requirements, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
  • Experience running product discovery, research, analysis, prototyping, user validation, or early-access testing.
  • Experience building and assessing prototypes and demos on your own, including with current product and productivity tools.
  • Good judgment in assessing outputs from emerging technologies and deciding when human review, clinical validation, or more evidence is needed.
  • Ability to work well with engineering, design, clinical, content, commercial, legal, and customer-facing teams.
  • Strong written, verbal, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Preferred: healthcare, nursing, clinical workflow, healthcare information, education, or enterprise software experience.

Conditions

Pay range is $94,200.00 to $164,450.00 USD, based on the primary location of the role.

This role is eligible for a bonus.

The actual base salary offer depends on factors such as skills, experience, and the hiring location. Your recruiter can give details on the offer for that location during hiring.

Candidates may be asked to attend an interview onsite at a company office.

Interviews must be done without AI tools or outside help, and virtual backgrounds must be removed. Using AI-generated answers or third-party support during interviews leads to disqualification.

Benefits

  • Medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(k), FSA and HSA, commuter benefits, tuition assistance, vacation and sick time, and paid parental leave.
  • Full benefit details are available on request.
