Senior Technical Recruiter, remote in the US

Description

The company is hiring an experienced technical recruiter to support hiring across engineering, product, and customer-facing teams worldwide. This is a contract role for a self-directed recruiter who can run searches on their own, build candidate pipelines, and shape hiring decisions within a distributed team.

You will help the company grow by recruiting people who work on its cloud-native platform, its open-source products, and its go-to-market efforts.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and business roles across all regions.
• Source candidates directly using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
• Work with hiring managers to refine candidate profiles, set hiring strategy, and hit hiring targets.
• Advise hiring teams on talent market conditions, whether a search is realistic, and sound hiring practices.
• Keep the candidate experience organised, prompt, and professional.
• Track pipelines, reporting, and workflows in SmartRecruiters (ATS).
• Work alongside a distributed Talent Acquisition team while taking ownership of your own roles.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of full-cycle recruiting in tech, ideally in cloud infrastructure, SaaS, or open-source settings.
• A record of filling roles across a range of positions, including Product Managers, Account Executives, Pre-Sales Architects, and other go-to-market roles.
• Experience advising hiring managers on strategic hiring decisions, beyond handling scheduling and logistics.
• Strong skills in LinkedIn Recruiter, outbound sourcing, and talent market research.
• Practical experience with ATS tools; SmartRecruiters is preferred.
• Ability to juggle several roles on your own, set priorities, and take results through to the end.
• Strong communication and the ability to work well across time zones, teams, and cultures.
