Description

The company is a live entertainment business with three main parts: a ticketing platform, a concert promotion arm, and a media and sponsorship unit.

The ticketing platform sells over 620 million tickets a year for about 10,000 clients worldwide.

The concert arm promotes more than 50,000 events a year for nearly 7,000 artists in more than 40 countries.

The media and sponsorship unit links over 1,200 sponsors with about 145 million fans who attend the company's events each year.

This is a remote, full-time recruiting role for the venues division, covering entry-level, mid-level, and senior hires across shared services, clubs, theaters, amphitheaters, large indoor venues, and comedy clubs.

You will work with business leaders, HR, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to build recruiting programs that meet both current and future staffing needs.

The work is organised, relationship-led, and often high-volume and event-driven.

Responsibilities

  • Meet hiring managers at intake to set role requirements, candidate profiles, interview steps, and hiring timelines.
  • Carry 10 to 15 active requisitions at once and set priorities to meet business needs.
  • Build sourcing plans that widen the pool of qualified, inclusive candidates, including partnerships with community groups and attendance at recruiting events.
  • Find venue and live entertainment talent through LinkedIn, Indeed, niche job boards, referrals, and other channels.
  • Review resumes and applications against each role's requirements.
  • Run phone screens to assess skills, experience, motivation, pay expectations, and overall fit.
  • Put together shortlists for hiring managers with clear recommendations and screening notes.
  • Schedule meetings with hiring managers and interview panels so candidates move through a smooth process.
  • Gather interview feedback from hiring managers, support selection decisions, and advise them at each stage.
  • Make offers, negotiate terms, close hires, prepare offer letters, and make sure all pre-employment paperwork is accurate and on time.
  • Keep candidate and requisition records current in Workday, and use Gem AI and other recruiting tools to speed up sourcing, outreach, pipeline management, and day-to-day recruiting work.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
  • Experience in venue operations, hospitality, live events, entertainment, or multi-site businesses is preferred.
  • A bachelor's degree in HR, business, psychology, or a related field is preferred. A mix of education and relevant recruiting experience will also be considered.
  • Experience handling many requisitions at once and running every stage of hiring, from intake and sourcing to interviews, offers, negotiation, and close.
  • Working knowledge of sourcing methods and channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills, with clear verbal and written communication.
  • Able to work on your own and also with the recruiting team on shared pipelines and projects.
  • Committed to building inclusive candidate pipelines and giving candidates and hiring managers a positive, professional experience.
  • Required: proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technology. Preferred: experience with Workday and Gem AI.
  • Preferred: interest in music, live events, hospitality, technology, or media.

  • Financial: a 401(k) with company match and a stock reimbursement programme.
