Description

The company is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to work with Production Engineering and drive execution on key DGX Cloud initiatives.

The role suits a senior TPM who is comfortable in deeply technical settings and can build the systems, processes, and cross-team coordination needed to deliver reliable AI infrastructure in production.

You will tie engineering priorities to delivery, raise readiness and operational discipline, and run complex programs from planning through completion.

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside Production Engineering leaders and technical leads on high-priority infrastructure and platform programs.
  • Set up program charters, schedules, milestones, ownership models, and success criteria for complex technical initiatives, then drive them forward.
  • Coordinate execution across engineering, operations, reliability, and partner teams.
  • Strengthen governance, readiness reviews, risk tracking, escalations, and leadership visibility.
  • Create repeatable frameworks that raise execution quality across production engineering programs.
  • Find gaps in ownership, process, or decision-making and push for practical fixes.
  • Help teams agree on priorities, technical dependencies, and delivery trade-offs.
  • Support programs covering production readiness, operational scale, automation, and reliability.
  • Explain program status, risks, and recommendations clearly to both technical and executive audiences.

Requirements

  • Have 12+ years of technical program management experience in production engineering, infrastructure software, cloud platforms, or closely related areas.
  • Show a strong track record of leading large, cross-functional technical programs with real operational impact.
  • Have built execution structure in ambiguous or fast-changing environments.
  • Work credibly with engineering leaders on readiness, reliability, automation, and production operations.
  • Have improved delivery predictability through better planning, governance, and cross-team coordination.
  • Communicate well and manage stakeholders across technical and business audiences.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Nice to have: experience in production infrastructure, cloud operations, platform engineering, or site reliability.
  • Nice to have: background in large-scale Kubernetes, distributed systems, or infrastructure automation.
  • Nice to have: experience designing new operating models or execution frameworks in growing organizations.
  • Nice to have: ability to pair strategic thinking with strong execution discipline.
