Description

The company runs a customer engagement platform that helps brands deliver personalized messages and experiences across channels, using AI-driven decisioning and journey orchestration.

The company is growing quickly worldwide. It is headquartered in New York, with offices in Austin, Berlin, Bucharest, Chicago, Dubai, Jakarta, London, Paris, San Francisco, São Paulo, Singapore, Seoul, Sydney and Tokyo.

The Expert Services team needs a senior architect to own delivery and technical design across a portfolio of customer projects.

Depending on the engagement, the work may mean running delivery from start to finish, doing deep architecture and integration work, or both, so each customer gets the right mix of program management and technical depth.

You will move between delivery and technical ownership as the work requires, rather than staying in one lane.

You will work with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, Delivery Managers and Technical Architects to help customers reach value quickly and get a strong return on their investment.

Success here depends on acting with autonomy, taking accountability and staying open to new ideas.

If you meet less than 100% of the criteria, we still encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Lead customer implementations from onboarding through go live, and act as the deep technical resource who designs integrations and solutions as each engagement requires.
  • Build and deliver technical solutions, including SDK and API integrations, while keeping scope, timelines and stakeholders aligned.
  • Build relationships across the customer account, from senior staff to end users, to understand business and technical goals.
  • Track progress and resolve project risks and technical blockers quickly so engagements stay on schedule and technically sound.
  • When you own the technical side, act as the link between the company and the customer's product and engineering teams, turning requirements into actionable plans.
  • Record stakeholder roles, technical requirements and integration details so the Customer Success Manager team can take over cleanly after a project closes.
  • Work with the customer's agencies and third parties to keep them aligned with project goals and timing.
  • Drive early adoption, define KPIs and success metrics, and apply best practices that speed up time to value.
  • Bring customer use cases to product development, stay current on platform capabilities including Decisioning Studio training, and run enablement training and workshops tailored to each customer.
  • Keep improving delivery and technical processes.
  • Bring the organization and communication discipline of a Delivery Manager together with the technical depth of a Technical Architect, depending on the project you are staffed to.

Requirements

  • You have built your career where people and technology meet, managing a project timeline one day and doing hands-on integration work the next.
  • You have shown interest in or hands-on experience with concepts such as SaaS, mobile, APIs, marketing automation, analytics or programming like HTML, enough to own SDK and API integration work directly rather than only coordinate it.
  • You are organized and reliable, with a habit of continuous improvement and the discipline to keep project tracking up to date.
  • You solve analytical and creative problems, diagnosing project and technical issues and driving them to resolution.
  • You collaborate naturally, manage conflicting priorities, motivate stakeholders and do well in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • You listen well and communicate clearly, explaining technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences through video calls, workshops and writing.
  • You are comfortable building with AI tools to speed up workstreams and improve day-to-day efficiency.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • 2 to 5 years in a similar customer-facing role, ideally in implementations, technical consulting or customer success, with a track record in both project delivery and hands-on technical work.
  • You bring strong project management skills plus genuine technical depth in APIs, SDKs or related integration work.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
