Description

The company is a PE-backed, high-growth SaaS business building one integrated platform for public safety, covering dispatch, law enforcement, forensics, courts and more. Growth has come through acquisitions and heavy product investment.

Its software has been used in public safety work for over four decades, from answering 911 calls to case investigations and evidence processing in forensic labs.

AI is treated as core infrastructure rather than an add-on. The company is building intelligence into the daily workflows of its customers, working with them directly to meet what the mission requires.

  • Serve as the team's subject matter expert and informal coach on best practice and complex searches.
  • Support the Manager, Talent Acquisition on Executive and VP searches and other selected mandates.
  • Keep hiring and candidate data handling compliant with employment law and internal policy in every relevant jurisdiction.
  • Take on other related duties that support team goals, department needs and wider organizational priorities.

  • 7+ years of progressive recruiting or talent acquisition experience, including hiring Senior Manager and Director roles, ideally in technology or software.
  • Clear executive presence and the credibility to advise and influence the C-suite and senior leaders.
  • A track record of delivering talent acquisition programs from planning through implementation, with strong project management and critical thinking.
  • Experience using AI-enabled recruiting tools and automation to improve speed and results, applied with sound judgement.
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques, applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred) and recruitment analytics, with the business sense to use analytics when advising leaders.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, able to work effectively at every level of the organization.
  • A collaborative, adaptable approach with a drive for continuous improvement and service excellence.
